How to upload the COGS (Cost of goods sold) data?
You can upload COGS data using Google Sheets integration. Simply upload your data to a Google spreadsheet and create an integration using the spreadsheet ID.

I am encountering an error while integrating. What should I do?
You might encounter one of three errors while attempting to integrate your source:
- Sync Error: Sync issues can be resolved by re-syncing.
- Auth Error: Auth errors can be resolved by re-authenticating the source.
- System Error: To fix a system error, raise a ticket with the support team.

How to place a request to add a new source?
Please reach out to customer support to integrate data from a specific source into your dashboard. The time required to set up your dashboard depends on the source. Additionally, we are actively expanding the range of sources available for integration into our product.
What should I do if there is a discrepancy between the source data and the dashboard?
If you notice a data discrepancy, you can contact our support team for guidance. Alternatively, you can download the reports from the relevant source and share them with our support team.
