Cancelling Subscription Plan
You can cancel your Pulse subscription plan anytime, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You continue to have access until cancellation takes effect.
Policies Regarding Cancellations
Scheduled Cancellations: Cancellation requests take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, allowing you to use the service you have paid for.
Mid-Cycle Cancellations: Mid-cycle cancellations are not allowed.
Outstanding Payments: All outstanding payments must be cleared before a cancellation can be processed.
No Refunds for Prepaid Plans: No refunds are provided for cancellations. If you cancel midway through the billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.
Yearly Plan Cancellations: For annual plans, service continues until the end of the yearly cycle, even if you cancel mid-year.
Enterprise Plan Cancellation: Specific cancellation policies may apply as per contractual agreements for enterprise plans.
Downgrades/Upgrades: If you request a downgrade or upgrade while a cancellation is scheduled, the cancellation request will be automatically cancelled, and your downgrade or upgrade request will be processed instead.
Data Deletion: All data will be deleted three months after the plan cancellation. Please ensure you export your data before the cancellation takes effect.
Cancelling Cancellation Requests: Cancellation requests can be cancelled any time before the end of the current billing cycle. When you cancel your subscription plan, a "Cancel" button automatically appears in the All Requests table within the Requests tab, allowing you to reverse the plan change action you have taken
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription Plan
1. Log into your Pulse account.
2. Click on the settings module.
3. In the overview tab, click “Cancel Subscription.”
4. Review the message and click on “Cancel Plan.”
