If you don’t want to immediately move to the new connector, you can upgrade your current integration to the latest version of the Klaviyo API (2025-10-15). This is only a temporary workaround, as the old connector will be sunset by March 2026.

We strongly recommend creating the new integration in parallel, so you can fully migrate without data loss. When doing so, please ensure that you select only the required tables to avoid wasting rate limits on unused data.

How to Upgrade Your Existing Integration

1. Open the Integration Details page for your existing integration and navigate to Settings.
2. Go through the Edit flow until you reach the Column Selection step.
3. Choose Select All Columns and always select the LOAD option. Do no choose Reload as this will completely drop the table and refetch the data again.

   

   

4. After selecting LOAD for all tables, click Submit.

Your integration will now be upgraded to the latest API revision, and data will begin syncing according to the updated schema documented here.
