1. Overview

The Pulse User Management feature gives you full control over who can access your dashboards. It allows Org Admins to invite new users, assign roles, and manage existing access — all from within the Pulse interface.

⚠ Note: Only one user can initially set up the Pulse account. All additional users must be added through the user invitation process described in this guide.

2. User Roles

Pulse supports two roles. Assign the appropriate role based on the level of access the user requires.

Org Admin

Designed for brand-level teams who need full access to all dashboards along with user management capabilities (add/remove users).

Viewer

Designed for brand users who should have restricted, dashboard-level access only. In brand-level accounts, this role is used in special cases where limited dashboard access is required.

3. How to Access User Management

Follow these steps to navigate to the User Management section inside Pulse.

  • Log in to your Pulse dashboard.
  • Go to the bottom-left corner of the screen and click on your Profile icon.
  • A dropdown menu will appear with the following options:
  • Settings
  • User Management
  • Product Switch
  • Logout

Click on User Management from the menu.

N.B: You can add multiple users before sending the invites. Repeat Steps 2–4 for each user.

Step 5: Send the Invitations

Once all users are added to the queue, click Add and Send Invite(s) to dispatch the invitation emails.

5. What Happens Next

  • Once you click Add and Send Invite(s), here is what the invited user will experience:
  • An invitation email is sent to the user's email address containing a password reset link.
  • The user opens the email and clicks the link.
  • They are prompted to set a new password.
  • After setting the password, they can log in to Pulse and access the dashboards based on their assigned role.
