FAQ: Getting Started
FAQ: Getting Started
When does my 14-day free trial start?
Your trial starts as soon as you create your first integration with a source.
Can I extend my free trial?
Yes. You can put in a request with our customer support team if you wish to take some more time to evaluate. Your request will be evaluated and your trial will be extended based on the evaluation.
How are the integrations created?
A user can create the integration themselves. There are product guides and videos for help (check getting started). Our customer support team can also get on a call and help you setup.
How can I contact the support team?
You can reach the support team through the product by clicking the "?" icon on the left-side navigation bar. Alternatively, you can email them directly at pulse-support@sarasanalytics.com. We are actively working on enhancing our support ecosystem.
How long will it take for my Dashboards to get ready?
The time required for your Dashboards to be ready depends on the volume of data. After connecting the necessary data sources for your specific dashboard, processing two years of historical data typically ranges from a few hours to two days. You will receive an email notification once your dashboards are prepared. For any inquiries about potential delays, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
Where is my data stored?
For trial and growth users, their data is stored in a BigQuery warehouse that is managed by Saras. You can request access to your modelled data if you wish to build your own dashboards.
For Enterprise users, by default their data is also stored in the Saras managed Big Query warehouse but enterprise users can place in a request to move the data to their desired warehouse.
I see some clickable areas (the charts displaying data), but nothing happens when I click on them.
Most visuals in the dashboards can be used as filters within the dashboard. Some visuals can be drilled down by clicking on them.
How frequently is the data refreshed?
Dashboards get refreshed 6 times a day. The data will be updated at this frequency if the source supports this. For example, google provides ads data only once a day. So although our dashboards still refresh 6 times a day, the data is updated only once a day.
How can I learn about the terms and KPIs used in the product?
A glossary of product-related terms, such as source, integration, and access token, can be found here.
The data dictionary, which explains the formula and definition of each KPI, is available here.
